Some commonly asked questions regarding rental of the Banquet facilities:

A rental fee is charged and allows renting party to access hall for 4 hours (extra time can be negotiated).   Tables, chairs, & table covers are also included.

Alcohol must be purchased through the James A Danner VFW.

To secure the rental date, you must contact  our Banquet Coordinator, Amanda Houtz, to see if your date is available.  A refundable security deposit must be made in full in order to secure the date you’re booking.

For an additional cost, we will provide table linens.

Renting parties may bring their own food.

The available tables are 5 foot by 8 foot rectangular or five foot diameter round tables.  The room capacity is 85 people.

DJ’s and Bands are allowed. The Banquet Coordinator can provide a list of recommended DJ’s and Local Bands.

The Courtyard can not be rented as it is a public area.  You may go outside and use it with the understanding that other people are allowed to go out there too.

You may decorate the Banquet room with banners, photos, posters, etc.  from the ceiling.  There are cork strips on the side walls that decorations may be hung from.  No tacks, tape, glitter confetti, or sequins are allowed.  Candles are permitted with restrictions.
